Today I submitted my resignation letter to my employer of the last 19+ years. I am entitled to more than 2 years' of salary, so sending that letter was the best financial move I have ever made. To celebrate, I bought a new (well, second hand) car as I will have to return my current lease car to the company on May 1. A black Renault Megane 1.4 16v from April 2003, 59,000 kilometers driven. My colleagues were surprised that I bought the car during lunch hour, but my friends know how I hate shopping.

Making money, spending money
