Singapore's propaganda apparatus believes Singaporeans have an average IQ of 3. How else to explain that they print this extreme nonsense in the State's Times? "I read with great relief the article about ministers and top civil servants getting a 4-21 per cent pay rise next month."
The propaganda people for sure don't deserve any pay rise. They would never find a job in the private sector. They could do with some fresh-up course in marketing, right now all they do is copy the methods of the former communist countries in Eastern Europe. And we all know what happened to their dictators.
