I was drinking chocolate milk at that age.......

More than 80 children were admitted to hospital in the Netherlands with alcohol poisoning during the first six months of this year. There has been a dramatic rise in the number of children that drink far too much. Most of the children included in these figures are around the age of 13 and have drunk hard alcohol or litres of beer. A researcher keeps track of these incidents among children up to the age of 16. "I can't keep track if I include 17-year-olds." Last weekend a 12-year-old in the town of Middelharnis was found comatose after drinking too much alcohol. The boy had been drinking with two 13-year-old friends before they planned to go out. The alcohol had been purchased by a 16-year-old friend.
